How it works, in plain words.

Read this before our call. It answers what most agencies ask.

What results should I expect from the pilot?

About 500 companies and 1,500 emails in 30 days. A realistic first month is 1–3 qualified meetings, because the first weeks go into testing which message works. If your average project is $10,000 or more, one signed client covers the pilot 20 times over. On Growth, volume is about three times higher from month two.

What exactly do I pay?

The plan fee (Pilot $500 one time, Growth $1,500 a month, Sales Partner $2,500 a month) plus a percentage (10%, 7% or 5%) of what you actually collect on the first contract with each company we bring you. Above $100,000 collected from one client, the rate drops to 5%, 3% or 2%. No deal, no percentage.

What does “10% of what you collect” mean?

You pay our share only when your customer pays you. Paid upfront: we get 10% once. Paid monthly: 10% of each payment. Example: you sign a customer at $3,000 a month, you collect $3,000, we get $300 for that month.

What if the deal is very large?

The rate drops on big deals. On Growth you pay 7% on the first $100,000 you collect from a client and 3% on anything above that. Example: a $300,000 client means $7,000 + $6,000 = $13,000, not $21,000. Pilot is 10% then 5%; Sales Partner is 5% then 2%.

How long does the percentage apply?

On what you collect in the first 12 months of that first contract. After that, and on any later contracts with the same company, it is 100% yours.

Which deals count?

The first contract with each new company that met you through us, or that we contacted for you, signed within 6 months of our first contact. Your existing clients and companies you are already talking to are never included: you send us that list before we start and we leave them out.

Show all questions (11 more)
Why is the pilot only $500?

We are a young agency building our first case studies, and we earn mostly from our share of what you collect. The low pilot lets you test us on your own market without a long contract.

What if a company we emailed contacts me directly later?

It counts, as long as you sign within 6 months of our first email. Every first contact is logged with its date in our shared tracker, so it is easy to check together.

What counts as a meeting?

A decision-maker at a company that fits the profile we agree on, who shows up. We write the definition down together before we start. No-shows do not count, and we try to rebook them. After each meeting we ask you one quick question, was it qualified, so we both have a clean record. If we don't hear back within 3 business days, it counts as qualified.

When and how do I pay the percentage?

Within 7 days of collecting from your customer. You log each payment (date and amount) in the shared tracker within 7 days, and we invoice you. We may ask for the matching invoice to your customer.

What if my customer gets a refund?

If your customer gets their money back within the first 30 days, we refund our share of that payment.

When does the 30-day pilot start?

On the day the first email goes out, not the day you pay. Week 1 is setup: your ideal client profile, lists and messages, all approved by you.

What do you need from me?

Approve messages and lists within 48 hours, show up to the meetings we book, and update the outcome in the shared tracker.

Who owns the lists and sending domains?

You do. Domains and inboxes are included in the plan, and the domains are transferred to you if we stop working together. We never send from your main domain.

What if I cancel?

Growth and Sales Partner are month to month with 30 days’ notice. Meetings and contacts from before you cancel still follow the same 6-month and 12-month rules.

How do I pay?

USD invoice, paid by bank transfer. The pilot fee is paid upfront.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. No honest agency can. We commit to the work, the speed and full transparency, and you see every number every Friday.
